Ed is a Major in the US Army, with 12 years active service in Infantry and Special Forces.  A recent parolee from the Pentagon, he is currently a student at USMC Command and Staff College at Quantico, Virginia.  He likes any form of outdoor sport, mainly rock climbing, skiing, and running.  He also likes to spend time at home with his wife.  Their first child is due in October of this year.

Had limited time in flight sims prior to stumbling upon Fighter Ace in April 98.  The only other computer game he plays is CFS.  Ed is a licensed pilot with just over 100 hours.  His current flying interest is old tube-and-fabric taildraggers like Aeronca Champs and Piper Cubs, but he is planning to get some aerobatic instruction soon.
