Service to the Crown in Squadron No. 54 involves Teamwork, Honor, and Fair Play. It also involves practice, homework, and a desire to become the best pilot possible.

We make pilot selections based on observation, then present an invitation to that pilot. Some of the things we look for are:
- Flying GB almost exclusively (it is the RAF)
- Being supportive of mates in combat
- High personal flight standards
- Being a team player
- A strong sense of FairPlay
- An extreme desire to play the game beyond just the rank and kill
- Being an all-around good chap

Note: Admittance into this squadron is by invitation ONLY and requires unanimous approval of all 54th pilots before invitation is given. 

 

*We respectfully request that pilots joining our formations do so at the rear, or wings of our Elements. We are an operational squadron with assigned flight positions and evolving tactics. Thank you!
