Tyrone - Los Angeles County Works

What you all can't see is the car behind this truck honking.  The light had changed green while he posed for this (much to the dismay of the impatient woman in the Mercedes Benz behind).  You also missed Clarence, the driver, lean out the window and tell the Mercedes to "shut up!"

Ever diligent in serving the public, Tyrone took his time and even managed a smile.
